FARGO (AP) — A man accused of brandishing a gun in a western North Dakota courtroom and unsuccessfully trying to kill jurors, a sheriff and a prosecutor told a jury Wednesday he forgot the weapon was in his pants and he panicked after he was found guilty of child molestation.
